Our company's policy is to evaluate three different proposals when choosing a company for any type of repair that we may need for our building. Out of the three different companies that quoted on our roofing job, I felt the most comfortable with Frank Robison of Robison Roofing. Frank proved himself to be the most knowledgeable about the work to be done on our roof. He educated me on everything that needed to be known about the roofing project and this made it easy for me to make my decision. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Robison Roofing Company for their outstanding work. They did so in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. The job was completed on schedule and on budget. When issues arose (which is inevitable for a project this size), they were handled promptly and to our complete satisfaction. They fulfilled all terms of their contract. On the basis of my experience with Mr. Robison, I would not hesitate recommending their company to anyone seeking roof repairs or replacement. Their price was definitely competitive with all those that quoted.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I used them 2 times this year. Excellent work Service: Roof installation

I am very pleased with the new roof and commend you and your firm for doing a very nice job!

I obtained 10 different quotes from local roofing companies. Robison was the only company that gave me a quote for what I asked for. They listened to what I wanted and gave me several different options that would work for me. They also stayed late to complete the job in one day and stuck to their original quote. Save yourself the time in the hunt for a contractor and just give them a call!!!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I had a client with a flat roof issue on a small church that was leaking from hurricane damage. It was located on St Croix and had taken a bad hit from Hurricane Hugo. The owner flew down at his own expense and repaired the church roof. He did not charge anything to the pastor for the work. This family business is honest, hard working, and very easy to work with. I whole heartedly recommend them to your roofing needs. Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation, Roof repair, Roof inspection

Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This company does excellent work with a friendly and helpful staff! Ozzie and his roofing crew are truly the best in the business and certainly the only choice for roofing in the area! As a professional in the trades, I have been on many job sites for multiple companies but have never been as impressed as i am with the full service package provided by Ozzie Colon and his Robison Roofing and Siding team. This is a great company with fair pricing, first class work, friendly and experienced technicians, and an attention to detail that you will not get with many of the other big roofing names in the area. Robison Roofing and Siding will have my business for every roof or siding work I'll ever need.

Job well done. The house looks great, your crew was very courteous and considerate of the residents during construction. The job was completed quickly and as estimated. Thanks again for a great job. I would gladly use your company in the future and would recommend you to anyone looking for a reputable roofing firm.

Thank you for sending your crew out in the terrible weather the other day. The guys you sent in were very professional. Came in, did their work and were soon on their way once satisfied that they had stopped the leaking. This morning they came back to do some additional work and stopped by my office to explain what they did and that they would be back in warmer weather. Very professional.

We all have the pressers of our jobs that seem to include mostly negative or rushing to do something in front of the other rush job we were handling before someone else rushed in to enforce their own importance. This is not one of those times. I wanted to take the time out to let you know that Brett, that is one of my right-hand men here, let me know that we are doing very well with Jacob taking care of our leaky roof situations that we find ourselves in. For Brett to take the time out and let me know that we are all GOOD, and that he feels Jacob is doing an excellent job fixing the dadgum leaks prompts me to make sure that you guys knew. Thank you! I also like the way Jacob presents himself and handles any issues or callbacks, also including police presence with the alarm going off, he sees to really care. Hold on to him, from my perspective, he is very good.
